Here are some examples of requests we have received from customers. 【Overview】 ■Background A historical animation of the "Fourth Battle of Kawanakajima," famous for the fierce battles between Uesugi Kenshin and Takeda Shingen, is currently being displayed at the Nagano City Museum. To ensure smooth playback of this animation, our favorite keyboard was adopted. ■Key Features of Implementation The animation is divided into three main scenes, and to allow each scene to be accessed individually, each scene was made into a separate video file. The favorite keyboard was configured to call up each file accordingly. The video files were also customized to respond to special key codes, enabling functions such as "Next," "Previous," and volume ON/OFF, allowing all necessary actions to be performed with a single key. ■Impact of Implementation Due to the smooth operation, many visitors can now use it effectively. Since it only allows necessary operations, it has become a very simple display terminal.

This system offers the advantage of allowing users to spend time freely in various locations while checking wait times in real-time, and it is currently being implemented in various places where waiting times occur, including hospitals and restaurants. ■Key Points of Implementation Since the keycap size and layout can be customized, it is possible to freely design the terminal according to the implementation site. Additionally, while the functionality is simple, it is low-cost, allowing us to keep product prices down. ■Implementation Effects With the introduction of the easy one-touch system, there have been no inquiries or complaints from customers regarding congestion. By providing a customized keyboard that fits the system, we have improved customer service.

Here, we introduce a case requested by a customer. 【Overview】 ■Background of Implementation The keyboard terminal was adopted as a dedicated accessory for the customer's package solution product, the "Vein Authentication Computer Time Recorder." ■Key Points of Implementation The time recorder operates on a computer and prevents proxy clocking by identifying individuals through finger vein recognition. It can be used as a time recorder during clock-in and clock-out, and as a regular computer at other times, making it economical. The selection of clock-in and clock-out, as well as the entry of ID codes, can be done with a single touch on the dedicated keyboard. The one-touch keys for clocking in and out can be freely set by the customer. ■Effects of Implementation Mouse operations can now be substituted with one-touch keyboard operations, improving usability. In stores with high turnover of employees and part-timers, clocking operations have become smoother. Even those unfamiliar with computer operations can now perform clocking tasks.

They prioritized input convenience and opted for a keyboard instead of a touch panel. ■Key Points of Implementation In stores with a high number of customers, using touch panel devices tends to take longer for input tasks, which can reduce speed and efficiency. → By configuring a dedicated custom keyboard to work with the system, it can be easily implemented as an input option. ■Implementation Effects The main sales operations can now be completed using the keyboard, improving usability. The keys are designed with transparent caps, allowing for easy full customization based on the sales destination.

Here are some examples of requests we have received from customers. 【Overview】 ■Background When changing the model of manufacturing equipment, we were looking for a custom keyboard for embedded use, and we adopted it because it seemed possible to customize a favorite keyboard. ■Key Points of Implementation The key point is that it is equipped with a USB standard interface that allows for key code customization. Since it has an interface section, it can function as an input keyboard simply by connecting it to the main unit of the manufacturing equipment. The housing was designed with a sheet metal structure for embedding in the equipment, and optional parts were also adopted. ■Implementation Effects Customization of standard products enabled a cost-effective implementation. We adopted spring-type keys, achieving durability of over 10 million keystrokes.

Here are some examples of requests we have received from customers. 【Overview】 ■Background Customers staying at tourist hotels or business hotels from distant locations need information about nearby restaurants and stores. → We created a keyboard that can display recommended dining establishments at the hotel with one touch. ■Key Features We enabled one-touch access to the introduction pages of restaurants online. The top row is designated for language keys, allowing store information to be displayed in Japanese and up to six other languages. We made it possible to monitor the number of accesses by guests in real-time from computers and mobile phones. ■Impact By providing one-touch multilingual displays of recommended nearby dining establishments, we improved services for guests. Effectively promoting dining establishments to guests dining out led to an increase in customer visits. We can now monitor the number of information views by guests in real-time, allowing us to assess the effectiveness of our promotions.
